You might not know this, but I have the power to
predict the future. I was able to predict that Palutena was going to be on
Smash months before she was announced , I kept saying that Ubisoft
was going full EA from Assassin's 3 and I knew that the last Hunger Games book
was going to be split from the moment I heard there are 3 books, among other
things. I was also able to predict some smaller things about my personal life,
so understandably I have started calling myself "The Great Prophet".
So I am once again going to predict the future right now. I am going to predict
the plot of Captain America 3: Civil War. So I guess spoilers forthe future
movies Avengers 2 and Cap 3, as well as the general comics story Civil War. So
don't come crying to me when I am innevitably correct on what I say(however
don't shy away from sacrificing your first-born on my name if you feel the need
to do that).
What is the War going to be
about? Well I feel that the general main theme is going to be the same. For
some reason the american goverment passes a law that forces heroes to
reveal their identities ,get military training and work under SHIELD as basicly
police men. That is called the Super Human Registration Act, and if someone doesn't register they are hunted and
put to prison. Even people like the Punisher are asked to register even thought
they lack powers. Villains are also allowed to register. Naturally some heroes
are pro registration and some are anti registration, but I will go deeper on
those later.
Why does the war start? In the
comics a hero team called New Warriors causes a mutant villain
named Nitro to explode in a populated area killing 600 people
including 60 kids and all the Warriors but one. That causes the American
goverment to push the Act. If you think that kinda sounds like a 9/11 alegory ,
you are kindaright. It is even name dropped once
in the comics. However I don't think that is how it will go down in the movie.
Firstly I don't think anyone will want to draw any paralels with 9/11 for a
Superhero movie. Secondly, the New Warriors story won't work, mostly because
they have no movie and Nitro, being a mutant, currently is under Universal
Studios. I believe that the begining factor is going to be in Age of Ultron.
In the trailer we can see Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch at the side of
Ultron( allright let's get sidetracked here for a sec. Does anyone else feel
it's a waste that Scarlet Jonhason won't play Scarlet Witch? Or that since Ryan Reynolds will play Deadpool for Universal he is unlikely to play Sentry aka Robert Reynolds?Let's get back on track). Also the fact that Iron Man brings out the Hulkbuster I feel that Hulk will be one more factor.
Who plays on which team? I don't think the sides will change that much. Iron-man and Maria Hill will be pro and Cap, Falcon and Fury will be anti. Black Panther was also announced to appear , and he will either keep the same role as the comics (anti) or he will most probably become neutral. Also the fact that we will Ant-Man between Avengers 2 and Cap 3, Hank Pym will keep being team pro with Scott Lang ( 2nd Ant-man but the main guy on the movie) will follow him,but this is were my visions get hazy. Now about the rest of the Avengers IF they play I guess Hulk,Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will be either anti or hiding,Thor pro or neutral(Thor was ...complicated in the comics),and Hawkeye and Widow are wildcards to the point that I won't be surprised to have them end on opposite sides but I can't tell which. People who have read the comics know why this is tragic. Everyone who has an interesting Civil War story is missing. The Fantastic Four split up during the whole endeavor but are owned by another company, She-Hulk is Pro but fights the registration legally but she doesn't exist yet, but the most tragic loss is Spiderman. Spiderman is right in the midle of the War, Tony Stark almost blackmails him amd he takes of the mask on a press conference and when he switches sides he almost dies at the hands of Ironman trying to protect Mary Jane and May while they get out of the Stark building, and when they move to a cheap hotel Aunt May gets shot by a sniper send from Kingpin to kill Parker, and then the later brings back the black suit. And then Sony denied to make THAT story to a movie. Dumbasses.Instead we will have the story of the two most boring characters. It has one interesting thing from my point of view.Tony Stark is the guy that you are supposed to be against yet the one that has legit reasoning, while Cap is the one you are rooting for, but he is dumb as a brick. I guess you can make a movie out of this.
Who wins? Now this is the tricky part.Well in the comics, during the final showdown,New York is getting destroyed by the battle bewtween heroes. The death count was I think 60 something people, only two of them heroes. Captain America realizes that what he is doing doesn't help the average american and gives himself to the police. Later, he still claims that he believes the registration is wrong. Ironman becomes the SHIELD main guy and the majority of heroes and now "good" villains were separated to 50 different smaller teams throught Stark's 50 state initiative to police each state, and Stark with Ms.Marvel(my 2nd favourite female hero btw) formed the Mighty Avengers. Some of the anti-reg heroes kept underground, with Spiderman giving his marriage to the Mephisto (yes,Satan) to remove everyone's memory of his secret identity, while other heroes fleed to Canada. Is this going to happen in Cap 3? NO! Why? Look at the title: CAPTAIN AMERICA: Civil War. Also we are planing this Avengers Infinity War thingy and we kinda want Cap on it. My guess is that really they just want to have Cap and Stark trading punches without raping the Movie Universe up the B-hole. I believe that now Stark will be the guy realizing he is wrong and give up. That way we have both of them nice and friendly.
To summarize, the reason will be different, most of the main and interesting characters from the comics will be missing, sides could be different, and the outcome might get reversed. That is prophesied by me, The Great Prophet.
